Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with market research, engaging with potential clients, and presenting tailored HR solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales strategy development, and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Market research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in HR or consulting sector is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
