Should be comfortable working with Java Microservices team Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines Ensures team is delivering / aligned on project vision and goals Promotes healthy team environment and removes impediments Must organize and run daily stand ups Must keep the IT team focused on sprint plan and support regular reviews Responsible for ensuring stakeholders are up to speed on IT team progress Manage Agile ceremonies Implementation manager Manage project timelines Control and manage scope Facilitate effort estimation Develop and manage implementation plan Nice to have:Is hands on and able to review code and troubleshoot issues. Other: Must Have:Works to Ireland time. Has to be proactive and manage independently with minimal direction.
