Role Overview

As the Human Resources Compliance Manager at Theka Coffee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations. You will develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks, conduct audits, and provide training to promote a culture of compliance across the company. You will oversee all hiring and recruitment as well as the HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all recruitment and selection process.- Hire blue-collar and white-collar employees.- Handle payroll of the organization.- Monitor and interpret changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.- Develop and update HR policies and procedures specific to Theka Coffee's operations and culture.- Investigate complaints or allegations of non-compliance with employment laws and regulations.- Collaborate with HR, management, and legal counsel to address compliance issues and resolve disputes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration.

-Experience in Human Resource in non-IT Sector.

-Must have experience in hiring blue-collar and white-collar employees.

- Prior 3 years of experience in Human Resorces.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Good conflict resolution skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
