Are you passionate about the diverse world of Human Resources? Ganpat University is seeking talented individuals to join our HR department
Here are some of the key functions you will be involved in as a part of our HR Team:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations: Handle inquiries and concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide feedback to employees, and assist in goal setting.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, identify development needs, and facilitate learning opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist with salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle documentation.
Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
HR Administration: Manage HR databases, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR tasks.
