Role Scope: Sr. Executive – Plant MIS & CoordinationDepartment: Plant OperationsLocation: MeghalayaExperience: 3–6 YearsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical/Chemical Preferred)Role OverviewThe candidate will directly support the Plant Head by handling high-level coordination, MISreporting, data management, internal follow-ups, and operational support. The role definesfunctions to ensure smooth plant operations, accurate reporting, and timely execution ofaction points.Core Responsibilities1 . MIS & Reporting (Sr. Executive Level Workscope)- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch & Power.- Track plant KPIs and submit analytical dashboards.- Maintain breakdown logs, downtime analysis, stoppage records & variance reports.- Ensure 100% accurate MIS submitted to Plant Head & Corporate Office on time.- Support data analytics for productivity improvement & cost optimization.- Manage Plant Head’s calendar, travel, meetings & scheduling.- Draft emails, circulars, office notes & internal communications.- Handle confidential correspondence & sensitive documents.- Create presentations, review decks & plant update reports.- Support audit documentation, compliance reviews & plant visits.2. Plant Coordination & Follow-Up- Act as the central coordination point between all plant departments.- Track daily action points and ensure timely closure.- Coordinate with Production, QC, HR, Stores, Safety, Admin, and Corporate teams.- Prepare high-quality Minutes of Meeting and monitor action items.- Maintain escalation logs and highlight delays proactively.3. Documentation, SOPs & Audit Support- Maintain reporting templates, SOPs, trackers & logs.- Ensure document control, version control & audit readiness.- Coordinate with departments for audit documentation.4. Communication & Liaison- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Plant Head & department heads.- Communicate with Corporate Office on reporting, capex, HR, safety & operations.- Ensure smooth information flow across departments.KRAs (Key Result Areas)1. MIS & Reporting- Zero-delay MIS submission- 98–100% data accuracy- Quality dashboards for daily & monthly review2. Coordination & Execution- Action closure rate: 90–100%- Smooth inter-department coordination- Timely escalation of critical issues- Calendar, meeting & travel accuracy- Zero-error documents- Timely drafting & communication3. Documentation & Audit Compliance- Audit-ready documentation- Updated SOPs, trackers & MOMsTechnical Skills Required- MS Excel advanced (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Dashboarding)- PowerPoint presentation skills- Strong documentation & drafting ability- MIS reporting & analytics- Fast typing/Shorthand preferredBehavioral Competencies- Highly organized & detail-oriented- Strong ownership & accountability- Excellent follow-up skills- Calm under pressure- Professional & confidential- Strong interpersonal skills
