Position OverviewAs the Head of People & Culture in the Founders Office, you will lead the setup and management of our Employee Success Partners team, focusing on building a strong, supportive, and high-performing culture across our sales organization. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to talent management and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of people strategies to support organizational growth.Oversee the Employee Success Partners team, ensuring alignment with business goals.Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.Collaborate with leadership to align the employee success strategies with business objectives.Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and track progress.QualificationsProven experience in talent management and employee engagement.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive HR strategies.Experience in managing teams and working closely with senior leadership.Proven ability to proactively address challenges and drive solutions.Empathetic and supportive mindset with a genuine commitment to employee success.Agile and adaptable, thriving in a startup culture.
