Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings virtually.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company.
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in US Staffing Process., preferably within the recruitment or RPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and client management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
