We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Growth Leader who is energetic, driven by purpose, and confident in building human connections. This is not hardcore cold-calling. It’s consultative selling — where you help professionals take control of their financial future through our platform. Managing organizational sales by developing strategic plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Driving sales as an individual contributor, as a team lead as well as a manager. Oversight of team – organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities Managing day to day Sales targets (B2 C Sales)Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth Engage with inbound leads (via webinar, Whats App, Linked In) and help them understand our offering 3-4 years of experience in Sales in the finance industry like working with broking, equity research, PMS firms. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. ~ Experience working in cross-functional environments across product, engineering, and customer ~ Proficiency with tools like Power Point/Google Slides; bonus points for familiarity with financial products. ~ A self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for helping customers succeed   Gain hands-on startup experience and understand product-market fit deeply ~ Lead a fast-growing team focused on both professional and personal growth ~
