Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected
Corporate Sales Executive
to join our Marketing Team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in
corporate sales
, with strong networking skills and the ability to tap into relevant corporate client bases for property sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and target potential corporate clients for bulk bookings, leasing, and investment opportunities.

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement departments of companies for tie-ups.

·       Actively drive property pitches, client presentations, and on-ground site visits.

·       Develop corporate outreach strategies and partnership models.

·       Collaborate with the internal marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead conversion and client servicing.

·       Represent the brand at corporate events, expos, and client meetings.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience in
corporate sales
, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, Insurance, or similar industries.

·       Strong corporate network in Mumbai, especially Western suburbs.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Confident, presentable, and target-driven professional.
