- Payroll processing & Compliance support for TDS, statutory requirements.- Talent acquisition programme - Coach and employees.- Onboarding of all new hires - Coach and employees.- Documentation of all records of employees including coaches in the revenue share model.- Employee conflict management.- Reward and recognition programme for employees.- Exit formalities - During resignation of coach, employee.- Administrative tasksEducation:- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).Experience:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance.- Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR operations or having worked in an HR generalist or HR business partner role is highly valued.Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data reporting.- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
