The Role: Account Handler (Key Account Manager)
As an Account Manager at Printspace Studios Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new clients, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, web stores, media organizations, and commercial clients.
Help the clients with integrating their online stores to creativeHub.
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
Monitoring, planning and managing social media marketing activities with the client and internal marketing specialist teams.
Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximize client value.
Requirements:
