About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client retention, and building strong, lasting relationships . This role focuses on generating new business opportunities while ensuring existing clients are satisfied and engaged with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and addressing any concerns.
- Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to create and implement strategies to reach sales targets and expand market presence in the staffing industry.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering solutions tailored to their business.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales, maintaining profitable terms that meet company objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress towards goals, and client feedback to the management team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales negotiations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
- Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address client challenges and provide effective staffing solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking software; proficient in MS Office Suite.
Educational Background:
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
