Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support
  • Address student queries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist with course registrations, schedules, and exam details.
  • Guide students regarding study materials, online platforms, and resources.
  • Academic Coordination
  • Support faculty with class arrangements, teaching materials, and schedules.
  • Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance data.
  • Coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Manage documentation, reports, and communication.
  • Handle fee collection, receipts, and financial queries.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and processes.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and management.
  • Share important updates, announcements, and deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to improve academic and administrative processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Problem-solving and student-handling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (education/administration/management background preferred).

Career Growth

With experience, an Academy Support Executive can progress to roles like Academic Coordinator, Student Success Manager, Training Manager, or Academic Operations Head.
