Customer Success Associate

Job Details:

  • Nature of Account:
    Domestic (Health, Motor & Life Insurance)
  • Interview Rounds:
    HR Round | Versant 5 Certified | Written Assessment | Ops Round | Client Round
  • Shift:
    Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM, rotational for males)
  • Work Days:
    6 Days / Week

Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    Graduate from any field
  • Experience:
    Open for Freshers & Experienced (Insurance/Sales experience preferred)
  • Languages:
    English & Hindi (Bonus: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati)
  • Skillset:
    Excellent communication in English & Hindi, no MTI/RTI, no grammatical or pronunciation errors

Salary:

  • Freshers:
    Up to ₹25,000 CTC
  • Experienced:
    Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products (Outbound LOB).

Interview Mode:

  • Face to Face
