Job Title : Head Hunter Job Responsibilities : The Head Hunter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging highly skilled professionals to meet the talent needs of our organization . This position requires a strong understanding and expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: o Use various sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and industry referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates from similar industry o Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future job openings. Proven experience as a Head Hunter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, across the levels-Junior, Middle & Senior roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and databases (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, IIM etc.). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
