Key Responsibilities:Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core architecture of Ezyr's no-code platform, ensuring it is modular, scalable, and capable of handling complex applications.Tech Stack Decision-Making: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the technology stack. From front-end frameworks to backend services, ensure the platform is using modern, high-performance, and future-proof technologies.Strategic Product Vision: Guide the product's technical vision in alignment with business objectives, ensuring the platform is innovative and meets the needs of a diverse range of users.Platform Development: Spearhead the technical development of Ezyr's block-based architecture, working on task flows, user flows, and visual algorithms to create an intuitive interface for non-coders.AI & User Behavior Insights: Oversee the integration of AI-powered tools, including heatmaps, persona simulations, and A/B testing frameworks to help users understand user behavior and improve application performance.Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product management, design, and AI teams to ensure seamless integration of technical elements with user experience and business goals.Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is built with high standards of scalability, performance, security, and code quality. Architect solutions to meet performance expectations even as usage scales globally.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance engineering team. Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key technical advisor to the leadership team, clearly communicating technical concepts, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Key Technical Skills & Expertise:Software Architecture: Extensive experience in architecting complex systems and leading architectural decisions that align with business goals and user needs.Cloud & Distributed Systems: Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing to build highly scalable systems.Front-End Development: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, with a focus on building intuitive, performant, and highly responsive user interfaces.Back-End Development: In-depth understanding of backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, or other relevant languages, along with database systems (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and integration layers.Data & AI Integration: Experience with AI/ML frameworks for analytics, user behavior tracking, and persona simulation, as well as leveraging data science methodologies to drive A/B testing and optimization.Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of security principles and data privacy, with the ability to implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.User-Centric Development: Familiarity with UX/UI principles and visual programming models. Ability to blend technical expertise with user experience design to create a platform that meets user needs at every step.Automation & DevOps: Experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices that ensure rapid and reliable product releases.

Additional Skills:Experience in building or contributing to no-code/low-code platforms or development tools is a significant advantage.Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that enhance the platform's competitive edge.A deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation and MVP development to large-scale product deployment.Familiarity with tools for behavior analytics, heatmap tracking, and attention metrics (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics) and integrating them with AI-driven solutions.
