We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse industries, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for Non-IT roles.
  • Understand client hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Deliver quality candidates within given timelines.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only women returnees are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • Access to laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Work Mode: Full-time, Remote (Work from Home)
