Job Description: As a Business Consultant at Digipanda, you will leverage your extensive experience in digital marketing agencies to provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and achieve client goals.
  • Provide expert advice on digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor the implementation of recommended strategies and provide ongoing support to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
  • Take accountability for achieving revenue targets and contribute to the financial success of both the client and the company.
  • Digital Marketing Agency Experience is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Consultant, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
