Job Responsibilities:


Plan and execute brand-wise, state-wise sales promotion activities.

Organize BTL activities: wet sampling, in-shop promotion, branding, and van operations.

Hire and manage promoters in key stores and SMT in Bangalore and other major cities.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Execute merchandising activities such as displays and POP & POS utilization in key outlets and SMT in Bangalore.

Devise and execute promotional programs to increase product visibility and sales.

Review and analyze the impact of sales promotion activities and prepare reports, including audit-related documents.

Monitor brand-wise, state-wise spends of sales promotion activities versus budget.

Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store layouts and product placements.

Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to evaluate trade marketing initiatives.

Develop and manage the trade marketing budget.

Track competitors and other FMCG activities and provide insights.

Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns, including events and promotions.

Identify and negotiate with vendors for event-related services.

Oversee events such as product launches, experiential marketing activations, roadshows, and sponsorships.
