About our client:

Our client is a new age eco-conscious self-care brand under a well known wellness care start-up, with operations in Bengaluru.


Responsibilities:

· Strategy Development: Create trade marketing plans aligned with overall

marketing and sales objectives, considering the needs and characteristics of

the salon industry. This will include implementing channel-specific trade

marketing strategies and plans for assigned distributors & salons.


· Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and

activities such as trade shows & festive offers to increase brand visibility

and drive. This will also include preparing in-salon trade promotional plans.


· Vendor Management: Have strong vendor connects, Pan India and

demonstrate vendor management as per organizational expectations and

objectives. This will include negotiating with vendors and channel partners

to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and promotions.


· Budget Planning & Management: Manage the trade marketing budget

effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI on

trade promotion activities. This will include planning and executing trade

marketing deliverables end-to-end, on time and within budget.


· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key

trade marketing trends and opportunities that will influence strategy.


· Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and report the performance

of trade marketing initiatives and make necessary changes for

improvement. This will also include Pan India salon visits to ensure that all

collaterals are in place and executed well.




Key Skills:

· A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Excellent organisational skills & time management

· Data analysis & reporting

· Understanding of the salon professional industry & how trade marketing

supports it

· Strong budget management skills, with the ability to manage budgets

effectively and ensure cost-effective plans/offers/initiatives

· Strong collaborative skills across multiple verticals, both internally and

externally

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Demonstrate adaptability & agility in a rapidly changing industry

· Ability to conduct & report market research
