Experience: MBA Grad with 5 - 6 yrs of experience in consumer product sales or marketing.


Requirements : To be able to travel 10 days in a month to the Top 8 cities


Job Responsibilities:

Offline channel is a major growth engine for the business. Currently present in more than 50

cities and 3000 retail points across the country.


BTL Planning : Collaborate with CBO and NSM to develop BTL material requirements at the product and geographic levels.

Content Creation : Liaise with Marketing and design teams to generate timely content for offline channels.

Material Allocation and Tracking : Allocate, supply, and monitor the usage of BTL elements.

Frontline Engagement : Engage with frontline teams and ASMs to assess store performance and demo unit usage.

In-Store Branding : Support the sales team in executing store-level in-shop branding.

Activation Calendar : Create and implement an activation calendar for the top 8 cities.

Sales Promotion : Manage sales promotion activities, including sales drives, apartment-based activities, and participation in builder events.

Vendor Management : Identify and collaborate with vendors for BTL execution and product sales.

Sales Support : Provide sales teams with periodic reports on app usage and market performance.

Competitive Analysis : Track competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.

Scheme Efficacy : Analyze the effectiveness of various product schemes.



Qualifications:


Strong communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in trade marketing (Consumer durable, FMCG, FMEG)

Proactive and results-oriented attitude

Excellent stakeholder management skills
