Position : EXIM Executive – Import Documentation (Female Only)

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Location : Vadodara / Halol, Gujarat.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Import Documentation & Compliance:*

* Prepare and verify critical import documentation such as import invoices, packing lists, bills of entry, and other regulatory paperwork.

* Ensure adherence to EXIM regulations and maintain documentation for ISO and statutory audits.

* Customs Coordination:

* Liaise with Customs House Agents for timely and accurate customs clearance.

* Submit required documents to banks and government entities post-clearance.

*SAP & Systems Integration:*

* Use SAP to create Purchase Orders (PO), process invoice bookings (MIR-7), maintain goods receipts, and manage entry processing.

*Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:*

* Coordinate with suppliers, forwarding agents, and internal teams (procurement, accounts, operations) to ensure timely receipt and processing of imports.

*Logistics & Tracking:*

* Track shipments, resolve documentation discrepancies, and plan inbound logistics.
