Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Functional Consultant with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and extensive experience in Planning and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyse processes, and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 SCM.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements related to Supply Chain Management, Planning, and Manufacturing processes.
Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to meet client needs, including customization of modules, workflows, and reports.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on the capabilities of Dynamics 365 SCM and ensure successful adoption.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for Supply Chain Management processes and system optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support during all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and new features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM to provide proactive recommendations and solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of (X) years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Logistics.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Planning and Manufacturing modules, including Production Control, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Resource Scheduling.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 SCM modules, workflows, and reports.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Supply Chain Management or related areas are preferred.
