Job Title: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Support User

Location: Remote India

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Support User. The role involves providing exceptional customer support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues within SLA, and collaborating with users for issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess a good working knowledge of Dynamics F&O, particularly in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and procurement modules. Flexibility to work in IST AM/PM shifts and immediate availability to start within the next two weeks are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and effective customer support to end-users via top desk incidents related to Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.- Diagnose and resolve issues within the defined SLA (2 days), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Collaborate closely with users to understand their issues, gather necessary information, and work towards resolution.- Seek consent from users for issue closure, ensuring satisfaction with the resolution provided.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, including incident details, resolutions, and user feedback.- Continuously update knowledge base articles and FAQs to facilitate self-service support for end-users.- Assist in user training and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance user proficiency in Dynamics F&O SCM modules.- Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams for escalated issues and enhancement requests.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience in providing customer support for Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics F&O, particularly in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and procurement functionalities.- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work in IST AM/PM shifts as required.- Immediate availability to start within the next two weeks.
