We're seeking an experienced Travel Desk Executive to manage travel-related activities, ensure seamless travel experiences for employees, and optimize travel costs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling travel arrangements.

Role & responsibilities

  • Travel Booking: Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related services for employees, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
  • Itinerary Management: Create and manage travel itineraries, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
  • Cost Optimization: Negotiate with vendors, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement travel cost-reduction strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to travel-related queries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company travel policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate travel-related reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve travel management.
  • Event Management: Arrangement of R&R, Conferences etc. Negotiating and finalizing the venue and other arrangement as per the requirement of Department/ vertical.
  • Vendor Management: Timely invoicing and payment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a travel desk or related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Certifications: Travel-related certifications are a plus.
