Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end order processing
    , including order entry, validation, invoicing, and fulfilment.
  • Handle
    customer queries and service requests
    via email/phone, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to resolve issues related to orders, billing, and deliveries.
  • Track and monitor outstanding invoices and support collections when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update ERP/CRM systems with customer details and transactions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status, open items, and customer escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate
    (Commerce/Business background preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–5 years of experience in
    Order to Cash, Order Management, or Customer Service
    .
  • Strong
    verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (SAP/Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
