Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Vijayawada. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage a team of solar installation technicians, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating installation schedules, maintaining quality control, providing technical support, and liaising with clients to meet their solar energy needs. The Team Lead will also be responsible for training team members and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

  • Technical Knowledge in Solar Energy Systems
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Proficiency in using project management software
