At Clinikally , we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage financial operations for our fast-growing e-commerce start-up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong knowledge of IND AS, and expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, and group consolidation.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & CompliancePrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.Ensure compliance with IND AS and statutory requirements.Liaise with auditors for timely completion of audits.Budgeting & ForecastingDevelop annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business goals.Monitor variances and provide actionable insights.Exceptional Reporting & AnalysisDeliver ad-hoc financial analysis and exceptional reports for decision-making.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial modelling.Group ConsolidationConsolidate financial statements for group companies and ensure accuracy of inter-company transactions.Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks.Implement robust processes to safeguard company assets.Qualifications & SkillsChartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.2–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably in e-commerce or start-up environments.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Strong knowledge of IND AS , MIS reporting, and financial consolidation.Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
