The Role

Do you have a passion for driving security agenda for your client? Are you a master of Cyber Security domain and eager to make an impact on our customers? We're seeking a talented Cyber Security Consultant to join our team for multi-disciplinary, complex consulting engagements. 

Job Responsibilities

Understand the various security controls deployed in customer environment and review the Security Architecture design. Design, implement and assess the architecture of network security protection controls such as Nextgen Firewall, WAF, DDoS Protection, Advanced Threat Protection, Proxy, DNS Security, Network Access Control and VPN remote access. Design, implement and assess the architecture of gateway solutions such as Email gateway and Web Gateway, Reverse Proxy and Load balancer. Design, implement and assess the cloud-based proxy solutions and DNS security solutions Understand the authentication, authorization and accounting of network and security devices. Assess the micro segmentation and Single Points of Failure in Security Design. Design, implement and assess the various endpoint security controls such as Anti-Virus, Endpoint Detection & Response, Server Security, Endpoint Encryption and Data Loss Prevention. Review the security controls deployed for managing Identity life cycle management, identity provisioning, single sign-on, access management, privileged account management, multi-factor authentication, user governance validation/attestation. Recommendation of cyber security best practices. Prepare the TO-BE Cyber Security Architecture high-level design & low-level design documents. Define hardening checks based on CIS security benchmarks, identify gaps and provide recommendations to mitigate the gaps. Perform gap analysis of network security, endpoint security controls, identify the gaps in alignment with NIST framework and Zero Trust principles, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall security posture of customer environment.

Required Skills and Experience

Having architecture level understanding of various security technologies such as Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Data Security, IDAM and SIEM solutions. In-depth experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Network Security solution such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, DDoS, WAF, VPN, DNS Security, Cloud-based Proxy and Email gateway, etc. Ability to perform cybersecurity assessment across enterprise customer environment, preferably executed one or two cybersecurity assessment is preferred. Working knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity framework such as NIST framework, Zero Trust principles, standards such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CIS benchmark and regulatory guidelines such as RBI, IRDA, SEBI, Indian IT-Act, MeitY, etc. Understanding current cybersecurity threat landscape, security incidents and technology trends are key to be successful in the role. Job involves dealing with CxO’s, hence, clear articulation, presentation and Interpersonal skills are required.

Preferred Certifications

Atleast one or two Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP and CCSK.
