The Solution Architect will be responsible for providing technical solutions to a variety of business problems. The Solution Architect will be accountable for analyzing and designing solutions to meet business requirements and guiding the implementation team to successful solution implementation. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, is essential. Applications: o Informatica o Kalido o Oracle o SQL Server o Tidal Qualifications o Bachelor’s degree required. o Experience with various development paradigms such as procedural languages, object-oriented languages, message-oriented-middleware, and ETL tools(Informatica). o Strong database design and SQL experience. o Experience implementing 3rd party (vendor) systems and designing integration points to core administrative systems. o Minimum 8 years of experience in systems support role with demonstrated results in analytics, configuring, coding, testing, problem solving and support, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge required. o Experience with methodology-based development (SDLC). Waterfall and agile experience preferred. o Ability to articulate designs to other technical staff through discussion, diagrams, and writing. o Understanding of application design principles and application architecture. o Ability to navigate and work on multiple development platforms such Unix and Windows. o Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required. o Good organization skills: ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and lead teams of developers. o Good oral and written communication skills. o Experience with automated unit and/or functional testing methods preferred. o Experience writing and facilitating Requests for Information/Proposals. o Experience estimating projects for multiple IT functions. o Knowledge of health care payer business is preferred. o Proven examples of displaying the IH values: Passionate, Caring, Respectful, Trustworthy, Collaborative and Accountable.
