Hiring: Solution Architect / Java Architect (10–12 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Bangalore 🧑 💻 Role: Solution Architect / Java Architect 🕑 Experience: 10–12 Years We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect / Java Architect who can drive end-to-end technical architecture, design scalable enterprise solutions, and provide strong technical leadership across complex projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Architect and design large-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures. • Lead technical design discussions, solution roadmaps, and component-level architecture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, DevOps, QA, Business—to ensure successful delivery. • Review architecture, code, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. • Troubleshoot complex issues and propose sustainable solutions. 🔹 Must-Have Skills • 10–12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs. • Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms. • Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and cloud-native principles. • Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps culture. • Knowledge of high-availability applications, databases, and middleware. 🔹 Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP. • Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateways. • Performance tuning and high-traffic system experience. 🔹 Behavioral Skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Strong leadership and decision-making ability. • Problem-solving and mentoring mindset.
