Criteria:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven experience as a
    Trainer / Faculty / Instructor
    in the respective domain
  • Strong subject knowledge with ability to teach
    practically and interactively
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Experience in classroom and/or online training delivery
  • Ability to design curriculum, assignments, and assessments
  • Prior industry experience
    in the same domain (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Willing to work
    full-time at branch location

Job Criteria for Counselor:
Education Counselor / Academic Counselor / Student Admission Counselor

Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline, MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    counseling, admissions, or sales
    roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
  • Excellent
    communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle
    walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Experience in
    lead management / CRM tools
    (preferred)
  • Goal-oriented with ability to achieve
    admission/sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to guide students on
    courses and career options
  • Willing to work
    full-time at branch location

Common Criteria for both the roles:

  • Should be available for
    immediate joining or within notice period
  • Positive attitude & ability to work in a
    fast-paced training institute environment
  • Flexibility to handle
    multiple responsibilities
