Location: Bangalore/ Pune


Mandatory Skills: Storage EMC and HP

Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MS


Technical Proficiency:


A candidate having minimum of 5-9 years’ experience in Storage EMC along with


•Strong technical knowledge on storage products

•Handling Storage administration activities like storage Allocation/Deallocation/Expansion/Monitoring/Managing SAN

•Support experience on Network Attached storage, Storage Area Network and Content Attached storage

•Manage the team and Deliver the support with in SLA.,Location of posting is driven by business needs.


Responsibilities:


•Troubleshoot & resolve incidents with stringent SLA,

•Provide on-call support during non-business hours as needed,

•Engage in problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action,

•Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situation


Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Primary skills: Storage EMC
