  • Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management
  • Conduct periodic reviews with teams

  • Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to storage tower quality/security process defined for the engagement
  • Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys
  • Drive service improvement programs
  • Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement
  • Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents
  • Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects
  • Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination\Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports
  • Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis
  • Ability to work in an Offshore-Onshore Client-Centric delivery model
  • Lead a diverse team across shores and deliver contractual SLA & KPI
  • Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
