We are seeking a talented Event Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on graphic design to create compelling and visually engaging content for our events, including banners, speaker and sponsor promotion designs, thumbnails, onsite signages, brochures, and more.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and professional graphics for event banners, speaker and sponsor promotion designs, and thumbnails, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Create eye-catching visuals for various types of content, including promotional posts, event announcements, case studies, and infographics.
- Design and produce high-quality onsite event materials such as signages, brochures, and other promotional items.
- Create thumbnails to promote event speakers, attendees, and sponsors before and after the event.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the content strategy and objectives for event marketing.
- Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality graphics that drive engagement and interaction both online and at events.
- Optimise graphics for various platforms' requirements and audience preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly for events, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in events is a must. Prior experience working on creating event signages, website banners, and brochure designs is part of the requirement.
- Should be able to create thumbnails to promote event speakers, attendees, and sponsors before and after the event.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or other design tools.
- Excellent understanding of various digital and print platforms, including design dimensions, engagement strategies, and audience preferences.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with clients in the event sector.
- Knowledge of motion graphics.
- Understanding of digital analytics and the ability to incorporate insights into design improvements.
