Coast-to-Coast Connections is a dynamic marketing firm dedicated to organizing and executing impactful fundraising events that support various charitable causes and initiatives. We believe in the power of effective communication to engage our audience and drive positive change in our community.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and fundraising. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that have a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and promotional campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies.

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials

  • Engage with event attendees and promote the organization's mission and initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and fundraising outcomes.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for event improvement.

  • Provide administrative support to the event marketing team as needed.


Requirements

  • A passion for making a positive impact and supporting charitable causes.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
