Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director of Sales located in Bengaluru. The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving business development initiatives, managing customer service, and leading the sales team. Tasks will include developing sales strategies, reporting on sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring team productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Proven experience in Team Management and leading sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
