The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our deliverables to the next level with respect to accuracy and customer centricity. You will be charged with complete QA responsibility as defined by the QA manager to ensure that our deliverables are accurate and timely reach the customer every time. Also, the specialist should be comfortable reviewing content that not in English. Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
