Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Specialist at Innovia Property Care, located in Pune. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for performing quality control assessments, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Daily tasks include analyzing various aspects of the property's maintenance processes, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and communicating findings to the management team. The role requires regular interaction with different teams to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and processes
  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance
  • Effective Communication skills to convey findings and improvements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in facilities management or related industry is a plus
