Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for a Quality Assurance specialist focused on ServiceNow, Playwright, and JavaScript. The professional will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of applications by creating and executing test cases, automating testing efforts with tools like Playwright, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues. The role also involves working with ServiceNow platforms and leveraging JavaScript to ensure seamless functionality and a high standard of delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Playwright, automated testing, and test case development
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform testing and customization
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and debugging skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote and team-oriented environment
  • Experience in quality assurance processes and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in freelance or contract-based roles is a plus
