Job Description – CS Trainee

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Trainee to join our compliance and corporate governance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to regulatory, legal, and corporate secretarial functions including SEBI, RBI, NSE and Companies Act compliances, along with opportunities to work on transactions and fundraising activities.


Key Responsibilities
- Professional & Regulatory Compliance

  • Assist in compliance under SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations and Stock exchange Regulations.
  • Support in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Drafting, maintaining, and updating statutory records and registers.

- Filings & Documentation

  • Preparation and filing of ROC forms, SEBI filings, and NSE filings.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns and reports.

- Corporate Transactions

  • Support in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
  • Assist in fundraising activities and related documentation.
  • Work on OBPP (Online Bond Platform Provider) / Debt segment compliance and coordination.

- Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent), Depositories (DPs), NSE, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in drafting agreements, resolutions, and board-related documents.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Company Secretary course (Executive/Professional level) - Preference to Professional pass
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI & RBI regulations.
  • Good drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
