1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Managing Director's (MD's) daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate and confirm internal and external engagements.
2. Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
3. Meeting & Event Coordination
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Attend meetings as required to take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
4. Travel Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel plans are optimized for cost, comfort, and productivity.
5. Administrative Support
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support strategic planning tasks as needed.
6. Stakeholder Liaison
- Interface with board members, senior executives, clients, and partners on behalf of the MD.
- Ensure professional and timely follow-up on requests and initiatives.
7. Office & Resource Management
- Ensure the MD's office is well-managed, stocked, and operating efficiently.
- Oversee procurement of necessary supplies or resources for the MD's operations.
Job location - Park Street (after 31st October The first 2 months the location will be Junglepur, Jalan Complex, Howrah.
