Responsible for budgeting and planning for Sales for specific Category. Planning for Sales Deals and implementing in the market. Negotiate with strong commercial and financial awareness. Create and/or implement a market leading position for specific category division which helps deliver significant market share growth, customer/retailer loyalty and profitable sales growth. Phase 2 will focus on supporting development of a new product offering in the same categories whilst ensuring a unique positioning within the market Other Skills Hardworking and ability to meet deadlines Reliability and stability Prior experience in a Ecommerce company will be an added advantage Ability to apply high attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a very dynamic environment Strong analytical and communication skills (internally and externally) Experience in leading supplier negotiations Distinct ability to understand and implement customer needs and market requirements Proficient in MS-Office, especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint Excellent verbal and written English language skills, further languages are an advantage
