Greetings from We are looking for Category Manager Location - Lower Parel / Currey Road ( Work from Office ) 5 Days working, Sat & Sun Fixed off , Flexible working hours Purpose of the job: To drive growth by leading the category team and building a strong product lineup in the Indian ethnic fashion segment. Role & Responsibilities: Complete Ownership of Category Business goals and Category PnLDrives Business growth, and Market Share of each category with strong product, competition and consumer analytics.Build, manage and mentor the Category teamCreate the roadmap and the strategy for the category team to drive the business goalsContributes to development of Periodic Financial Plans and Projections.Set processes and systems to onboard brands, track their growth and ensure their success on the platformEnsures that the product placed on site is relevant to category, features and USP well explained to the viewer in simple customer centric languageWork closely with teams across organizations including product, tech, marketing and operations. Job Requirement: Experience: 5+ years of work experience dealing with Indian ethnic fashion in the E-commerce segment and have gained expertise in product development, costing and category management.Demonstrated the ability to grow the category business Key Skills: Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability, Advanced level MS Excel, PPT and report automation skills Interested can mail their updated resumes on
