Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated 
HR Executive
 to manage and support our people operations. You will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR processes that build a strong and motivated team in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 
    end-to-end recruitment
    : job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with candidates.
  • Oversee 
    onboarding & induction programs
     for new hires.
  • Maintain 
    employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
    .
  • Plan and execute 
    employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
    .
  • Support 
    performance management and training programs
    .
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and handling day-to-day HR operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong interest can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in 
    Telugu, English, and Hindi
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a 
    creative and dynamic marketing agency
    .
