Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Residential & Commercial Sales located in Noida. The Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales in both residential and commercial real estate, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations. This role involves close collaboration with other departments to align business objectives and deliver optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Sales skills, particularly in real estate or insurance
  • Business Planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
