Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration:
This internship is full-time and will last for 6 months.

HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will support the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in onboarding. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, and professional networks, screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.


• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview feedback sheets.
• Draft and publish job descriptions, support social media presence, and assist in employer branding activities like job fairs.


• Support onboarding by collecting documentation and organizing inductions prepare reports on hiring metrics and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications
:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and teams.


• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations; prior internship experience in recruitment is a plus.


• Proficient in MS Office tools, comfortable working with recruitment trackers and databases.


• Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, willing to take up more responsibilities, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
