Designation - RSM North Exp - 10+ years CTC - 18 Lpa Industry - FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & market share targets across the North region. • Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent market penetration. • Lead, mentor & monitor a team of ASMs / SOs and distribution partners. • Strengthen GT, MT & B2B channels, ensuring distribution expansion and retail excellence. • Appoint and manage distributors & key accounts, and build strategic trade partnerships. • Track competitor activities and market trends to proactively drive initiatives. • Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and visibility programs. • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business objectives. • Provide inputs for forecasting and demand planning.
