Manage marketing budgets in alignment with company goals and foster relationships with key partners, vendors, agencies, and media outlets.
Nurture and manage the lead funnel from generation through to conversion.
Team Enhancement and Motivation:
Train, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
Cultivate a culture of evaluation, learning, and optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance brand salience and set up digital content distribution channels for unified brand messaging.
Ensure effective campaign delivery to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
Develop strategies for customer engagement through email, WhatsApp, and other tools, and drive organic reach.
KPIs:
Primary KPIs: Revenue & ROI
Secondary KPIs: Conversion rate (in coordination with the Sales team), Brand reach, and engagement.
Establish review templates for effective monitoring and detailed monthly performance tracking.
Skills & Experience:
8-15 years of proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role.
Expertise in BTL, ATL,Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing.
Experience managing teams across various channels (Pharma/OTC/FMCG/Digital).
Background in consumer marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset is ideal.
In-depth knowledge of current marketing tools and techniques.
Preferably an MBA from a premier business school.
Base Location: Coimbatore (with potential relocation to a metropolitan city after 8-11 months)
