Job Overview: This job is not with Meta Morph but with one of our clients who are into Specialty Chemical procurement and manufacturing based out of Bangalore.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, with a focus on the US and European markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2 B marketing for physical goods and be skilled in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive lead generation, boost sales, and close more deals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products and services are positioned effectively to gain market share and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities: • Global GTM Strategy (US and Europe): Develop and execute tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the US and European markets, ensuring market penetration, brand visibility, and sales enablement.

• B2 B Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing efforts specifically tailored to B2 B audiences, focusing on driving demand for physical goods.

Understand the complexities of supply chains, distribution, and partnerships within the B2 B ecosystem.

• Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to create lead generation strategies that target high-value customers and industries, driving top-of-the-funnel leads and supporting the sales team in deal closure.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in both the US and Europe, ensuring marketing efforts align with market demand.

• Brand Positioning: Develop strong, differentiated messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of our products, ensuring consistency across all channels, platforms, and geographies.

• Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid media) focused on increasing lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition in B2 B sectors.

• Product Marketing: Work with the product and sales teams to create compelling go-to-market plans for product launches, including messaging, marketing collateral, and sales enablement tools.

• Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the right marketing assets, presentations, and insights to drive conversations forward and close deals more efficiently.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize lead generation, engagement, and ROI.

• Partnership & Event Marketing: Collaborate with industry partners and organize trade shows, conferences, and events that connect with decision-makers in target industries.

Key Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2 B marketing, particularly in marketing physical goods across US and European markets.

• GTM Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple geographies, especially the US and Europe.

• B2 B Marketing Skills: Strong background in B2 B marketing for physical goods, with knowledge of distribution, sales cycles, and account-based marketing.

• Sales Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales teams to drive lead generation, improve sales enablement, and achieve revenue goals.

• Digital & Data-Driven Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing) and a strong understanding of analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performance marketing teams.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering results through strategic marketing efforts that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
